Shipping coverage
We ship Australia-wide to all states and territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Dispatch times
Dispatch times refer to when your order leaves our workshop and do not include transit time.
In-stock items
In-stock products are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Made-to-order items
Products marked “Made to Order” (including custom timber items) require production time prior to dispatch. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks manufacturing lead time before dispatch, depending on order complexity and current workload. We will keep you updated and notify you when your order is ready to ship.
Carriers & tracking
We use trusted courier services and Australia Post to deliver items safely. Tracking is provided where available, and you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. Items are packed securely to help prevent damage in transit. Oversized or heavy items may be shipped via freight services suitable for larger timber components.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination. You will see the shipping fee before confirming your order. If an order is particularly large or heavy, we may contact you to discuss the most suitable and cost-effective delivery option.
Local pickup (Click & Collect)
Local pickup is available from our Bayswater, VIC workshop. Please select Local Pickup at checkout (where available) or contact us to arrange a pickup time. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm (by appointment)
Delivery timeframes (after dispatch)
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. As a general guide:

Metro areas (e.g., Melbourne, Sydney): typically 1–4 business days

Interstate and remote areas (e.g., WA, NT): may take up to 7–10 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, peak periods, and remote delivery locations.
Missing or delayed shipments
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will assist by checking tracking details and liaising with the carrier where required.
