Before you order — how will these rafters be used?
Timber rafters form part of a roof structure. We shape rafters to the profile, length and section you specify. The section size, grade, spacing and span for your roof must be determined by your builder or engineer, and must comply with the National Construction Code and the relevant Australian Standards for your project and site.
Our timber is preservative-treated for exterior use above ground and is not supplied stress-graded. We manufacture to the specification you give us. Use your own engineer, or we can introduce you to one who will work with you directly.
Prime all faces, including cut ends, before installation.
